Placing an Order
Orders are placed using our easy to use and secure online shopping checkout. Once order is completed you will receive an order confirmation email indicating that your order has been received. This email will be sent to the email address that you provide on checkout page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Tashi’s Toys ensure that your order will be shipped within 24 hrs.
Estimated delivery times are as followed:
Victoria: 2 - 5 Days
New South Wales: 2 - 8 Days
South Australia: 2 - 8 Days
Tasmania: 2 - 8 Days
Australian Capital Territory: 2 - 8 Days
Western Australia: 4 -8 Days
Queensland: 4 - 8 Days
Northern Territory: 7 - 14 Days
*PLEASE NOTE: this is an estimated guide only, and delivery times may vary. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
If an order is made after 12 pm your order will be shipped the next working day. You will be contacted if there are any delays in dispatching your order. Tashi’s Toys reserves the right to contact you should delivery change exceeds our cost to ship, if for example your parcel is too large or heavy.
Can I change my billing/shipping address?
Yes!

Am I able to pick up item from warehouse?
Yes pick up is available by appointment only.
Procedures that you must follow:
At check out select “Warehouse Pick up” as shipping method. Pick ups will only be available if order was made before 12 pm. If your order is made after this time Tashi’s Toys will be happy to make an appointment the next working day.
We close on Sat, Sun and Public Holidays.
All payments must be made online before pick up. Tashi’s Toys will not accept cash on pick up.

Print out your confirmation of purchase that you made and bring it with you.
Do you deliver to Countries other than Australia?
Yes, we do.
Please email Tashi’s Toys with the product number of the selected item/s and and Tashi's Toys will reply to you with cost for postage.

Easter Period
Tashi’s Toys office hours will be closed over the Easter period commencing Good Friday, we’ll be back 2 weeks following. While our web site will continue to operate 24/7 as usual, unfortunately no orders can be dispatched during this time.

Please make sure that you submit your order before the following cut-off dates:

*Please Note: Some remote areas of WA and NT may take up to 2 weeks or more for deliveries to occur, so please keep this in mind when ordering. We strongly advise customers to place their purchases early to prevent possible disappointment.

Returns Policy
Tashi’s Toys is confident you will be delighted with what you buy. So we offer a money back guarantee. If your purchase from Tashi’s Toys is not what you expected, you can return the item for a full refund. Please note that the following conditions apply.
- The items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
The cost of the return postage is at the customer’s expense
Refunds for change of mind purchases are for the item price only, not the amount paid for postage.
This off excludes reduced to clear or sale items.
For any faulty or damaged products, that arrive to you in less than perfect condition please take a photo before opening package and a photo after you have open package.
We are happy to offer a refund.
The items ordered must be returned in original conditions within 14 days of receipt.
Please contact us via email to report any damage or faulty products.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return and a refund request to be processed.
Refunds will only be made through Direct Deposit or unless you have used afterpay then refund will be made through afterpay.
